Become master of your own financial

You know what, sometimes it is not how much we earn that determine we will have a surplus at the end of every month, but it depends on how we spend our money. Few months back, my wife and I had always had a deficit in our budget. Well, we didn't call it a a budget because we actually had none! Our principle at that time is to spend what ever our wallet permitted. At the end of the day, we were always puzzled where did our money go. The worst case is we would sometimes blame each other for using each others' money.
