Snap anything with MWSnap

Very user friendly and it's free!! You can take any screenshot of your pc easily, unlike typical paint program by microsoft. Just press Ctrl+Alt+A to select sizeable mode or Ctrl+Alt+W to select windows mode. Since a picture worths thousand of words, I bring this software wherever I go. Just in case I encouter any problem during troubleshooting, I will snap the screenshot and just forward it to my helpdesk with very few words to describe the problem.
